Provide rapid, scalable dumpster support during a humanitarian housing operation while ensuring uninterrupted service, maintaining site cleanliness and overcoming logistical challenges associated with a high-volume, continuously occupied facility.

The Challenge

​

In 2021, Fort Bliss established temporary housing facilities to accommodate refugees arriving from various locations around the globe. The operation required immediate and ongoing municipal waste management support at a scale far greater than traditional commercial operations.

The project demanded rapid mobilization, continuous coordination,
strict site access compliance and solutions to overcome logistical
challenges including landfill operating schedules, site security and
fluctuating waste volumes.
